terms and conditions:
All food vendors must be pre-approved. Please complete this application no later than May 15, 2020.
All food vendors must show proof of insurance, as well as any permits required by the State of Michigan and/or Jackson County.
Exhibitors/vendors are responsible for the safety and cleanliness of their contracted spaces.
Vendors are required to clean up and take all debris from their booth space when they leave.
Traffic Jam'In is not liable for injuries to, or loss or damage to the property of the vendor, its employees, agents, guests, or attendees arising out of the event, including but not limited to injuries, losses, or damage due to theft, vandalism, fire, smoke, water from any source, electric failure, or defects of event equipment.
Traffic Jam'In reserves the right to remove any vendor or participant from the event for unacceptable behavior and/or non-compliance with the rules and procedures of Traffic Jam’In.
Vendors are not allowed to dismantle their booth until the event is over.
Traffic Jam'In is not liable for any weather events that may occur. There are no refunds.
No vehicles will be allowed into the area until the event is officially over.
