    • Please read the following terms and conditions:
    • In the event of cancellation by Artist, Traffic Jam'In shall not be obligated fulfill any agreement with Artist.
    • In the event Artist's performance on the agreed date is canceled due to severe weather, natural or man made disaster, or similar, and Artist is on site and prepared to perform, Traffic Jam'In shall honor this agreement.
    • Artist agrees to waive, release, indemnify, and hold harmless Traffic Jam'In from all claims, demands, liability, and causes of action arising from or related to the artist's performance.
    • Artist agrees that the performance will be conducted in a professional and responsible manner.
    •  By checking the box below, the vendor agrees with the terms herein.
